The first major Kaizen (Flow improvement) was successfully completed at Electrex, Inc. Great involvement and commitment from different levels of the organization throughout the Kaizen week. lead time reduction, single piece flow, quality at the source, improved visual management, real state saving, and improved inventory management are a few examples of what the team accomplished last week.
